Our Machine Safety Guard Solutions
We provide various types of safety guards tailored to each machine's needs, compliant with OSHA and ISO standards.
Fixed Guards
These are the most basic and robust guards. They are permanently (with screws or bolts) fitted to the hazardous part of the machine. Best for areas where operators don't need frequent access.
Interlock Guards
These are smart guards connected to a safety switch. The machine won't start unless the guard (like a door) is securely closed. If opened mid-operation, the machine stops immediately.
Adjustable Guards
These guards can be adjusted by the operator based on the task. They are flexible and provide protection while working on materials of different sizes (e.g., clear shields on drill presses).
Light Curtains
This is the most advanced solution. They create a wall of infrared sensors. If any object (like an operator's hand) breaks the beam, a signal is sent to stop the machine instantly.
